Every morning, we welcome you to Aurora, our breakfast room, for a delightful, fresh, and extensive breakfast. This continental-style breakfast features a wide array of treats, including freshly baked bread, toast, a variety of spreads and toppings, cereals, sweet delicacies, fresh fruit, and delicious coffee or tea.
By booking your breakfast in advance, you can take advantage of a more favorable rate. Knowing the number of guests for breakfast ahead of time allows us to better manage capacity and the procurement of fresh ingredients. With sustainability in mind, this helps us minimize food waste and ensures a more conscious approach to handling our fresh produce.

Brasserie Rita
Brasserie Rita and the hotel bar are open from 12:00 PM—starting at lunchtime—and welcome guests with or without a reservation. Whether you are looking for breakfast, a (business) lunch, an à la carte dinner, or simply a relaxed evening drink, we have you covered. Brasserie Rita serves classic dishes with a modern twist, prepared with care and a commitment to the “slow food” philosophy.
The brasserie is a true eye-catcher; it is situated on the complex’s courtyard and features a beautiful conservatory. On sunny days, the outdoor terrace offers the perfect spot to enjoy the surroundings.
The bar, located within the brasserie, is open from Wednesday through Saturday—an ideal place to enjoy a fine glass of wine or a refreshing cocktail.
